On Wednesday I celebrated my 28th birthday. Addie decided she wanted to start the festivities early, waking up at 3:00 A.M. for a feeding, but I didn't mind since she's my favorite present! We met my mom and grandma for a delicious breakfast at Gavi's. I love a good breakfast and enjoyed the treat of going out with all my ladies. Addie is doing well in a high chair now and happily ate her oatmeal while we feasted. She graced me with a yummy oatmeal kiss, which I adored =). After breakfast we went to Mt. Lemmon with Brooke, Travis, and my mom for a picnic. T & B brought a bunch of fun activities for us to do. I especially liked the bow and arrow and turned out to be a decent shot. I informed Tim we'd be buying one when he gets back! Later that night I went to get gelato with Mere and Gab, something we used to do in college. We decided to leave the kiddos at home and it was nice to have a girls night! Both ladies explained that they've forgotten how to make eye contact since they're always used to chasing after their kids while with company, ha. To top if off, Tim called to wish me a happy birthday! Looking forward to celebrating with my hubby next year!
