Our Faithful Home (in Review)

It's been almost three years since I started my blog, with the original intention to inform my family about my pregnancy with our first child. Although my posts are still focused on the goings-on of our family, I hope it's turned into something a bit more fruitful. The feedback on Facebook and via email that many of you provide gives me encouragement to keep writing. But I'd like to know what you want to read about! Please leave a comment below, on Facebook, or send me an email about topics you'd like me to explore.

For those of you who have joined me on this journey, I thought you might be interested in Our Faithful Home's readership. When I log into Google Analytics, I'm able to see a plethora of information on you =). Don't worry, I only look at the basics. And honestly, I have no clue how to read half of the statistics. Here's some analytics from the last 30 days:
  • Sessions=1,045
  • Users=766
  • Pageviews=3,078
  • New Users=68.3%
One piece of information I find fascinating is from what countries people are reading. Aside from readers in America, people from Brazil, China, Senegal, Canada, Japan, Korea, Germany, United Kingdom, and India have visited Our Faithful Home in the past month.

As a former teacher, writing this blog provides an outlet for me to "still use my brain," as I like to say. Also, I'm grateful for how connected it allows me to feel to so many of you who we've had to say goodbye to as we move from post to post. Thank you to EACH of you that visit Our Faithful Home and WELCOME to those of you that are checking it out for the first time. When you read my posts, I pray you feel informed, inspired, and like there's another mama in the trenches with you.

Don't forget to let me know what new topics you'd like me to write about in the future!

Welcome, Friend!

I'm so happy you're here! You are a beloved child of God with a meaningful story to tell and a calling to answer. I pray that while you visit my little corner of the world you discover that there is hope in the midst of your struggles, and it's found in the Scriptures.

I'm a military wife, homeschooling mama, author, and nationally recognized educator whose deepest desire is to help you cultivate a loving relationship with Jesus.
