21 Weeks

7/2/2012

As of Saturday I am 21 weeks along in our journey to meet our baby, just over the half way mark. I'm still dealing with morning sickness, but it mostly disappears once I take my medicine in the morning. Strangers are beginning to notice my belly, which I love =) and I can feel the baby moving around more and more. Sleeping is getting difficult, but we just purchased a pregnancy body pillow that's supposed to ease the discomfort. As for the baby, at 21 weeks he's supposed to weigh 3/4 of a pound and is about 10 1/2 inches long (about the size of a carrot or banana). Another big development is that the baby now has eyebrows and eyelids. To see a picture of how the baby looks this week click on the below button. Underneath the picture there is also a video of the baby's developments during weeks 21-27.
