9 Month Checkup

8/27/2013

Last Tuesday Adeline went in for her nine month check up. She weighs just under 17 pounds, putting her in the 22nd percentile, and she is in the 37th percentile for height. The doctor was pleased with her growth, based on the WHO chart. On the usual growth chart they use (I forget the name), she's only in the 12th percentile for weight, but she assured me that one isn't accurate and the medical field is trying to change to the WHO chart. Dr. Hatcher was concerned about Adeline's continued constipation, and relates it to her food sensitivities. She wants her to stay on Miralax daily until her 12 month check-up and then we'll reevaluate at that point. She also wants to do an official food allergy test on Addie when she turns one.
