Day 37
In regards to yesterday's challenge, one of my former students informed me of a technique she uses when she's having trouble falling asleep; I think it's genius. Instead of counting sheep, she goes through the alphabet praying and thanking God for things or people that start with each letter. I tried this last night and the last letter I can recall praying for is "J." This will be certainly be my new go-to-sleep method, helping both myself and others! What a great prayer game to play with your kiddos, too!

40 Day Challenge--Day 37:

Tonight, before you fall asleep, try to work through the alphabet praying for things and people that begin with each letter; however, don't expect to make it all the way to "Z" before you fall asleep =).
