As the Deployment Looms...

Unfortunately, we only have about three more weeks until Tim deploys =(. And other than deciding that I will be moving home to Tucson for 9 months, we haven't done much of anything. Usually I would be list making and diligently preparing, but that hasn't really happened now that Adeline is here. I did a few things before she arrived like scoping out storage places online and noting all the services we need to cancel. So far, we've put in our thirty days notice with the rental company but we still need to schedule the cleaning and pest services. I need to cancel services with all our providers and set up mail forwarding. I need to go to the Tricare office to transfer our healthcare services to Tucson. I need to make sure we get in for all our doctor appointments before we leave. I need to reserve a place to stay for a few days once we move out of our rental property. I need to reserve a storage unit. I need to buy packing materials...and on and on. I did get one thing accomplished today, though--creating a gift to give Tim before he deploys. Oh, the things yet to be done! And I know it won't all happen to last minute =).

Hi Honey,
I feel really bad that you have so much on your plate, especially with taking care of Addie 24/7, that has to be really hard. I truly hope things get a little easier and things get a little less overwelming than they are now. I love you Ash,Dad
