Everyday Stuff

Ever since the first time Addie saw Frozen she's been hooked, just like every other little girl in America! It's one of the few movies she'll sit through so when I'm having a tough nausea day this film takes center stage when I can't chase her around. Here's some pics from our recent viewings:
Comfy on the dog bed
Always with her buddy, Wilma
Complete relaxation
Covered herself in pen when I wasn't looking
While Tim and I watched USA play in the World Cup on Sunday, Addie did a fantastic job of keeping herself busy. She'd stand on her chair every once in a while and yell at the T.V., like her daddy, and then return to playing in the living room. She'd created quite the mess by the end of the game!

Today, we went to the library for story and music time. Adeline enjoyed the music as she yelled out "clap" over and over during the dances and sat quietly on my lap for two stories, followed by me continuously chasing her out the open door. Who leaves the door open at a toddler playtime, anyway? My forever curious one! Before the library, I was craving Mexican so we stopped for a bite on the run. Addie devoured her meal, preferring to scoop up the rice and beans with her hands instead of using the fork, of course.

Despite the dreaded heat, Addie enjoys being outside more than anything. She likes to spend the afternoons in her pool, playing with water, and drinking out of the hose. Typical childhood summer days =).
