Moved Out

We are officially moved out of our home in El Paso! A gigantic thank you to our family that came out to help us accomplish this feat! It was quite an operation with 8 adults, a baby, and two dogs. The tricky part was that we had to separate our stuff between items going to storage, Afghanistan, Tucson, and our hotel in El Paso...and attempt to communicate that with everyone involved. There is no way we could have done this without the help of our families!!! Everyone was so sweet to rotate between playing with the baby, running errands, and packing. They all said "see you later" to Tim yesterday and we spent the day running around town to tie up all our loose ends--turning in cable equipment, adding the last items to storage (including a visit from the locksmith since I accidentally put the key on my car keys that went to Tucson), registering Addie for her endoscopy at the Children's Hospital, and turning in our keys. Hopefully the next two days before Tim leaves will be uneventful and relaxing.

On another note, prayers would be greatly appreciated for Adeline's endoscopy tomorrow. We will take her in at 6:30 A.M. and she will receive and I.V. and anesthesia before the doctor arrives at 8 A.M. to perform the procedure.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you every minute today! We know the skilled hands and knowledge of Adeline's doctors will take good care of her. We believe she has already made improvements as we observed while in El Paso this weekend. Hopefully some final answers for treatment will prevail today. She is such a good baby! Much love. J
