What We've Been Up To Lately

Here's a mishmosh of our happenings lately...

We took a trip with Tim's family to Greer, where we spent time fishing, eating, playing board games, and chasing the kiddos around. Addie enjoyed the mountains immensely, but may need to work on her casting technique a little more (see video below).
Addie's favorite activities to date are chasing and hide and go seek. I'm slowing down big time on the chase front, but hide and go seek is still pretty manageable.
She also enjoys setting new fashion trends, like wearing bath poufs in place of bracelets, and decking herself out in jewelry, heels, and crowns.
Tim's former company came through Tucson for a fuel stop. We enjoyed catching up with the soldiers, who he dearly misses! Addie also got to pose on the Apache for a brief moment before crying to get down the next second.
Another thing that occupies a lot of our time is play with stickers. Adeline insists on placing the stickers on me instead of paper, though. Lately, she prefers my face as her canvas. After she was finished placing all the stickers the other day, she said, "I fix it." I guess I needed some stickers to improve my face =). Today, she wanted to put stickers on her "baby brudda."

With Tim studying down at the U of A, we've made a couple trips to visit him. Addie loooves all the grass and enjoys running around campus. It's funny to think about how different my life is now, from when I attended the U of A just six years ago. It's fun to walk around campus with our daughter and wonder if she'll be a Wildcat one day,
